ONE ON ONE BASKETBALL TRAINING PROGRAMS!

 

ONE ON ONE BASKETBALL TRAINING is unique; your child will have a weekly lesson and a weekly team practice and participate in tournament play bi-monthly. Why is our training unique? Most players are taught the basics of shooting, dribbling, passing, fast breaks and fundamental plays and setups. At One on One, your child will learn the following and more:

SCREENS: Vertical, Horizontal, Diagonal, Blind and How to use these screens.

PASSING: Two-Handed Chest, Two-Handed Bounce, Two-Handed Overhead, Lateral, Push, Baseball, Behind-The-Back, Hand-Off, Hook, Off-The-Dribble, Lob and Ball Reversal.

MOVES: V-Step, Reverse To The Ball, Pop Cut, Back Door, Front Cut, Fake Screen and Cut, Drive, Jab Step, Rocker Step, Crossover Step, Shot Fake And Jump Shot, Step-Through Move, Inside Moves With and Without the Ball, Rear Turn, Step Across and Flash Cut.

SHOOTING: Tap-Ins, Lay-ups, Jump Shot, Hook Shot, Free Throws, Shooting Off The Dribble, Fade Away.

STUDYING THE GAME: Reading the Defense, Reading the Defender, Visual Enhancement, Understanding The Positions on the Floor, History of the Game, Playing Under Pressure, The Mental Game Inside The Game, How To Make Adjustments To Your Shot.

REBOUNDING: Determination Rebounding, Positioning Rebounding, Never Blocked Out.

DRIBBLING: Low Dribbling, Speed Dribbling, Change-Of -Pace, Crossover, Between-The-Legs, Reverse, Hockey, Behind-The-Back, Backup.

DIET AND EXERCISE: Food That Makes The Body Go, Nutrition and Diet For Basketball Players.

MEDICAL SIDE: Common Injuries, How To Prevent Injuries, How To Treat Injuries.
